Originally, the company delivered Mental Health and Emotional Well-being training to workplaces and offered a consultancy service to those organisations wanting to support and improve the health and well-being of their staff.
As time went on, the demand for a more personalised service grew, and individuals were asking for help and support to deal with their own mental health and personal health and well-being challenges such as stress reduction, anxiety, weight management, smoking cessation, fears and phobias and personal development in terms of their careers, relationships and futures.
Life Coaching and Therapeutic Services were subsequently added to the menu of support provided.
